Sardines & Saltines
One of our favorite easy and cheap lunches! I really think Emma might go into the medical field...She loves dissection! "Oh look! There's it's spine!" Hilarious! This always makes us think of Grandpa D too...as this is a favorite activity with him! They pointed out that he usually has smoked oysters too! Ha!

I'm glad that I was able to share my love of sardines with my grandchildren. (I wonder if David and Anna will join the club too?)
I always loved dissecting the sardines too. But while smoked oysters are delicious, they are much less interesting to dissect.
Next time you come to visit I will make sure I have good things to eat on hand.
