We tried to make minty green milk this morning. But...MomE kind of over minted it and it was intense...so...we reverted back to our pink Lola milk. 
Tonight's menu includes....Green Pesto Chicken...with Green Spaghetti noodles. Green scalloped potatoes. Green Beans. Green Grasshopper Pie. Yummy!!!

Can you send me the recipe for the Green Pesto Chicken? It sounds good and might be a new way to fix chicken that Nick would like.
