Sidewalk Chalk Paint

While MomE and DadE worked on the bookshelf project (staining outdoors)...the Sweet Boobahs used special sidewalk chalk paint.

Super EZ!  1/4 c. cornstarch, 1/4 c. water and 2 drops food color.  Next time I will buy more plain sponges.  Application on the rough sidewalks needs more than a paint brush...and it was a tad bit thin.

We made two "girl" colors...

and two "boy" colors!

In the end our sidewalk is most beautiful.  It makes my heart happy...to look and see that even a stranger could see that our home is a happy one...with happy kids coloring it up!
